Roleplay Experience:[/ul] Adalina Beauregard (Gerica Academy), Sirius Black (The Map Never Lies, Marauder Hogwarts) Farrah Linden (Eithne University, Follow the Map)
Basics
Nicknames: Moony
Age: 15
Birthday: March 10th, 1958
Year: 5th
House:[/ul] Gryffindor
Physical
He has a clean look about him. Sirius enjoys his 'sex hair', James always has his 'I've-been-flying' hair and Remus has a pulled together look of the dedicated student. Remus has amber eyes, his trademark and the look of a mystified dreamer. Monthly, scars appear on his arms, face and legs but they disappear quickly thanks to the school Nurse.
Picture:[/ul]
Mental
Remus is, at first, a quiet and reclusive person. He spends much of his time thinking or watching the people or things around him. He comes off as a studious and well-behaved individual. He often is the only Marauder to take notes or at the very least pay attention.
His roommates managed to bring out the 'animal' in him, if you will. Sirius and James found him to be excellent at plotting and his extra time in the library added a whole collection of useful spells and potions to their knowledge. He does have a 'bad' side, but his conscious tends to keep him in check. Sort of. Remus also has a very dry and sarcastic form of humor which usually thrives on pointing out Sirius and James' stupidity, Peter being to easy a target.
Likes: [at least five things] Reading, Observation, Muggle Studies, His Mates, Watching (not playing) Quidditch and conversation
Dislikes: [at least five things] The Full Moon, Transfiguration (it uses the word 'change to often), the Hospital wing, getting caught, guilt and being a werewolf
Patronus:A wolf, the image of his inner beast
Talents: Remus is always able to come up with the right spell at the right time. He gives good advice to his friends and usually has one of the higher grades in class.
Boggart: Full Moon
Life Goals: [at least five things][/ul]To overcome his wolfy-ness, to not lose his friends, to make some sort of difference, possibly fight for half-breed rights and to accept himself
Family
Siblings: none (no he doesn't have a brother named Romulus)
Personal History: [at least two decent paragraphs][/ul] Remus' past begins with a bite. He was bitten by Fenir Greyback at the age of five. Since that point, he has never been sure of who or what he was. His father finds it hard to accept his son's ...condition where as his mother tries to be sympathetic and open, but Remus knows she still cries herself to sleep every so often. He knows perfectly well that he will never be normal.
For the years that followed, Remus never allowed people to get close to him for fear they might discover what he was and never talk to him again. To avoid loss he separated himself from everyone he came in contact with until his arrival at Hogwarts.
When he met his room mates in first year, he had no intention of befriending them. Friends simply complicated his existence. He planned on running away to live in solitude at the age of 14 anyway. Sirius and James' friendship was almost impossible to refuse and he soon found himself in on their adventures.
Other Werewolf
Sunfiltered through the windows and splashed itself across his face. He frowned in his sleep at the cheerful intrusion. Remus scrunched up his face and bravely opened his eyes to face the light. His winced at the brightness, then at the pain that had come with the slight flinch. His entire body was sore.
It had been another long night. The bandage on his left arm was soaked with crimson blood and he could feel another wrapped tightly around his head. There was a vile after taste in his mouth, an indication the the nurse had forced some sort of medicine down his throat when he was sleeping.
He looked around. The walls were a horribly sterile color white that he now detested waking up to. The sheets were white, the floor was white...everything. Everything except a vibrant bouquet of yellow flowers, the type one might buy for a lover on a special occasion. He grinned, Sirius and James had most likely left them. A card was propped up against the flower vase. A poorly drawn dog, mouse and stag were at the bottom and above it was scrawled.
