Physical
Romeo looks nothing like his father, except for his light skin. He got his black, slightly shaggy hair from his mother, and Romeo never really keeps it ‘presentable’. He hardly brushes it, but he does clean it. His hair hasn’t seen a pair of scissors for a while, and he plans to keep it like that. Romeo likes his longer styled hair. It’s the opposite of his fathers style, and that’s what is most appealing to Romeo.
His eyes, taken from his father, are a nice shade of green, and they have a slight sparkle hidden in them, especially when he is laughing. On his heart shaped face, he has natural looking features, nothing to big or to small. He’s happy with his looks.

Romeo tends to be a very soft-spoken young man, and chooses his words extremely carefully. Unlike the heavy cursing that flies like a hippogriff from the mouths of most Slytherins, no matter the year, Romeo finds cursing a mere sign of insecurities, though, being the keep to himself kind of guy that he is, he would never state such an opinion in front of any of the sixthth years he knows. Romeo is what one might call a hopeless romantic, finding poetry, writing, and reading some of his favorite past times, though nobody around him knows it, as he knows for a fact that he would be the subject of humiliation and be considered a true queer if anyone ever found out.
Intelligence is something that comes naturally for Romeo. Every single subject is easy to pass for him, and he can honestly not say that there is a difficult one for him, except maybe divination, as the professor has decided that Romeo does not have "the ability" which only a few, mostly female students have, and therefore, he is inclined to fail every test he is put through. Romeo quickly dropped the subject, not too fond of not being the best in a class. Out of all the seventh years, Romeo is probably the male who excels the most in classes, and has achieved nothing but O's on his exams. He simply understands things without having to try too hard, and his desire to achieve things along with the fact that he completes any given assignment as soon as it is given makes him an admired and well-liked student among the professors.
I suppose you could consider Romeo stand-offish in some ways. He makes a good friend, but does not go off promoting himself, and Romeo merely makes it by in life by being fairly well acquainted with most of the Slytherins, such as Rodolphus and Lucius, mainly for the reasons that he would rather not be the subject of their torment. With this being said, Romeo has few true friends, preferring to keep to himself more often than not, and not being quite as fond of what they find enjoyment out of, things like sex and bullying. Romeo keeps away from petty arguments, and keeps farther away from picking on younger students from opposing houses. With this being said, Romeo does not make what would certainly be futile attempts to stop the children from being picked on, he merely avoids it and forgets about it. Not like they really hurt anyone too badly, right?
When it comes to pureblooded pride, Romeo honestly could care less. It is not as though he mudblood friends pouring out of his rear, but he does not hate them with such a passion as his fellow classmates do. Romeo truly does not associate himself with them, but he doesn't feel the need to bury a muggleborn with curses and curse words every time one passes him by. Romeo does not disapprove of purebloods associating with halfbloods and muggleborns, but he himself doesn't have the desire to be picked on, and therefore keeps himself far from them as possible, just not participating in the rather cruel acts that are committed in attempt to rid the school of them.
All in all, Romeo Davis is not at all the worst of the Slytherins, a soft-spoken, fairly decent human being, and a keep-to-himself kind of guy. He doesn't mind a laugh, or a nice chat, nor does he go looking for them. For the friends that he does have, Romeo treasures them, and all in all is a good person, something that, if coming from his mouth, would get him hung by his fellow Slytherins.

Siblings: None
Personal History:
When Arthur Davis left school, he had already been betrothed to the lovely Miranda McMillan, both were decent pureblood families, the McMillans more-so than the Davis family, though, the both were good looking, and they looked good together, meaning that their children would be good looking, meaning that the Davis bloodline would continue in pride so long as betrothal decisions were made correctly, as they no doubt would. When Arthur Davies and Miranda McMillan married, changing Miranda to Miranda Davis, they wasted no time in creating an heir, as Arthur had been told by a seer that he had not long to live, and the man, being such a firm believer in superstitions, was terrified that he might not have a child before he died. A few days later, Miranda was pregnant with the future Romeo.
Nine months passed, and a tiny, pink-skinned, crying baby was brought into the world. Arthur Davis was still alive, though still firmly convinced that his end was near, something that annoyed Miranda to the extreme, as she was a no nonsense woman who was truly getting sick of her husband whining all day because he felt he was going to die. Nevertheless, on this day, Romeo Montague Davis was brought into the world and Arthur Davis was not taken from it. Days, weeks, and eventually months passed, and Romeo continued to grow while Arthur continued to live. Much to his spouse's appreciation, he had begun to accept the fact that he would be on this earth for a while longer, and spoke less and less of his certain death.
Romeo was quick to talk and quick to walk, and Miranda spent much of her time with the young child, marveling over his intelligence and ranting about his ability to speak and walk so young to all of her fellow pureblood friends. Most of the women were jealous, as purebloods can often be, and refused to believe it until they saw it with their own eyes. The Davis house became a freak show for the amazing talking and walking baby. This stopped the moment all other children were walking and talking, and, much to Miranda's dismay, she was no longer in the spotlight.
Romeo's childhood was a fairly pleasant one. He got all he wanted and more, and attended more than enough pureblood parties that the family was invited to. These get togethers always bored Romeo, though of course, being brought up in such a strict way, he would never speak out against the word of his mother. To be entirely truthful, Arthur Davis was a complete idiot, and how Romeo is so intelligent can probably be only to the thanks of his mother. Arthur was hardly there in Romeo's childhood, and he remembers being embarrassed by some of his father's words. His mother kept him dressed nicely, and ultimately took care of what she so often spoke of as the "two children in my life" of course referring to Romeo and his father.
At the age of eleven, Romeo's Hogwarts letter arrived, not at all to the surprise of his family. Arthur finally participated a bit in Romeo's life by taking him to Diagon Alley to purchase his supplies, and Romeo remembers being actually surprised by how intelligently Arthur conducted himself away from the prying eyes of Miranda. In fact, Romeo actually wondered if he put on an act while around Miranda simply to annoy her. They met a few purebloods along the way, and Arthur stopped to chat with well known families such as the Lestranges and Malfoys. Arthur bought all of Romeo's supplies, and also purchased an owl for his use at school. Finally, the shopping was done.
Shortly after, Romeo boarded the Hogwarts Express and was off to Hogwarts. The sorting went fairly quickly, and Romeo watched as the Avery boy was sorted into Slytherin, countless others thrown into Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Gryffindor. When it came his turn, early on in the alphabet, Romeo sat down, and the hat sat upon his head for a moment, unlike how it had been for Avery. Romeo was nervous, but soon after, the hat declared his arrival into Slytherin, and Romeo left the stool in relief.
All through his school life, Romeo was the smart boy, the quiet one, but still a Slytherin. Nobody questioned his devotion to pureblood ways, and he got off okay with the rest of the boys, though they did wonder why he didn't participate in some of the things such as bullying around others. Romeo just always said that he couldn't possibly be as good as it as they were, and of course, the fellow students acted like puppies being rewarded for a trick and only appreciated Romeo more for the compliment. Now, as he enters his sixth year at Hogwarts, Romeo just wants to get by without any of his secrets being exposed, all the while, nervous about what life after Hogwarts could mean.
